It is also this ambiguity that makes them so fascinating for artists. Installation for the 2010 exhibition with sea lions in Mülheim an der Ruhr. In the year of the Capital of Culture, the Aquarius Water Museum in Mülheim an der Ruhr presented a new exhibition area: virtual water. With the installation of 300 sea lion objects, Ottmar Hörl transformed the museum forecourt into a walk-in floor sculpture.
